Capernaum is Young Life's ministry to teenagers with special needs. Young Life Capernaum gives young people with intellectual and developmental disabilities the chance to experience fun and adventure, to develop fulfilling friendships and to challenge their limits while building self-esteem through club, camp and other exciting activities. Young Life staff and volunteers model Christ’s unconditional love and acceptance as they walk alongside these young adults — filling their lives with love and support.

Local 'Break-out' Capernaum Groups
We have Capernaum Groups in several areas of our geographically large city that will hopefully connect Capernaum kids with buddies and leaders that live near each other. This gives our leaders and buddies an opportunity to spend quality time building relationships with our Capernaum friends... normal teenage stuff. These groups might plan other activities beyond the monthly Capernaum Club at Christ's Church.
Other activities might include: Movie nights, pizza and games, beach day, Bible study discussion, going to sporting events together
